Center for Regional Education Support Services
In 1996, the twenty-eight school districts in Gloucester County collaborated to establish Regional Council (currently known as the Center for Regional Education Support Services). Since that time the Center for Regional Education Support Services, which is part of the Gloucester County Special Services School District, has been providing opportunities for shared educational programs and services to benefit students and staff in public schools throughout the county. Provision of quality services in a cost-effective manner is the goal of the Center for Regional Education Support Services in all of the services offered.
The Center for Regional Education Support Services exists to support and supplement the programs provided in the districts' own schools. Furthermore, the Center for Regional Education Support Services strives to develop and have available a variety of specialized services to meet new or emerging needs in response to the increasingly diverse student population being educated by today's schools. The Center for Regional Education Support Services is proud to continue the tradition of educational excellence established by the Gloucester County Special Services School District.
